How We Work Together
Our journey begins with gathering keepsakes—dusty photo albums, handwritten letters, scrapbooks, and digital memories tucked away in forgotten corners. This process is often more joyful than expected, like discovering a treasure chest beneath the soil—each item a spark of memory, a piece of soul.
To help you begin with care and clarity, we’ve created a step-by-step guide to walk you through collecting, photographing, naming, organizing, and uploading your materials—including voice notes. The guide offers practical, structured ways to complete each task within a planned timeline. Some steps we’ll handle technically; others invite your personal touch to transform raw material into meaningful, story-rich content. Together, we co-create something deeply human.
This journey may bring laughter, tears, and everything in between. And every step is worth it.
Gathering
• Begin with what feels true to your story.
• Unearth keepsakes from drawers, boxes, and shelves—each one may hold a forgotten spark.
• Use our Guidebook to help you list and locate materials from every corner of your home.
Photographing
• Our package includes two options:
– We can visit your home to photograph items.
– Or you can send albums to us by courier—we’ll return them within a week.
• Prefer to do it yourself? Our Guidebook shows how to use natural light to capture beautiful, clear images.
File Naming
• Consistent file names are essential.
• Clear naming helps us organize your materials logically and ensures nothing gets lost in the process.
Captioning
• Our captioning Guidebook helps you pair images with meaningful descriptions.
• These captions add emotional depth and context to your story.
Uploading
• We’ll set up a dedicated Google Drive workspace for you.
• This will host all your scanned images, audio-visual files, and documents in one secure, organized place.
Structuring Your Book
• Take a moment to reflect on your book’s theme and overall arc.
• Once you’ve outlined a structure, name each chapter thoughtfully.
• Use these chapter titles as folder names to group related images, documents, and notes.
GuideBook in pdf over 60 pages
• will be provided after the project is activated.
• It serves as a practical guide and an efficient tool—such as a materials spreadsheet—to support the process of gathering documents, images & its captions, voice notes, video & audio.
These are just starting points. You’re free to revise and refine as your story unfolds. The goal is to create a clear, intuitive structure that supports your creative flow—and makes the entire process feel effortless and empowering
